Workplace research, from question to decision
پژوهشگر
Researcher designs, runs and reports workplace questionnaires for Chaharsotoon’s clients, so that the design of a space rests on listening to the people who work in it every day.
12
phases, each with a decision gate
5
the smallest group ever reported
0
individual answers that reach the client
Every study starts from a decision and ends in an aggregate report. No phase begins before the previous gate is passed.
The decision the study supports is written down and agreed.
The scope, and what is out of it, is signed off.
Population, reporting threshold and anonymity model are set.
Every question has a decision, a scale and a sensitivity level.
All blocking issues are resolved and logged.
A test from the respondents’ real network passes.
Question counts match the spec and routing passes in preview.
Acceptance criteria pass, or a limit is accepted in writing.
The live page opens from the respondents’ networks.
Daily monitoring until the close date.
The reporting checklist passes, with a second person’s check.
Outputs are delivered and the data retention rule is applied.
A group with fewer than five answers folds into a single line in the report. No number, no hint. Change the count and watch.
